*After care contract call out charges: £80 per hour/first hour. Non-contract call out charges: £160 per hour/first hour during weekdays. Evening and weekends incur a 30% additional charge. Contract customers have priority telephone and site visit support, these services cannot be guaranteed to non-contract customers and will only be given if there is open availability.
